Return Policy

Returned items must comply with our returns policy.

To request an exchange or a return, please make sure you meet the following requirements.

  • The request must be made within 21 days of order fulfillment and shipped back within 7 days of initial request.
  • The direction reserves the right to accept or decline your request at its discreption after completing an integrity check on the item/items.
  • The item must be in its original condition. This means we will only accept your exchange or return if the item was not worn or altered in any way.
  • The exchange or return must include the item’s original packaging, hangtag and dustbag included.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable. All domestic and international return fees are responsibility of the customer.
  • Unfortunately, we can't offer exchanges to international customers yet, if you wish to exchange an item, you can ask for a refund and then place a new order.

To request a return, send an email to concierge@404suite.com, wait for approval and then ship the parcel with the courier that you prefer to the address provided in the email.

We suggest you to use a trackable method as a proof of shipment (to hold the courier responsible in case the parcel gets lost or misplaced). 404 Suite cannot be held responsible in case of loss, theft or damage to returned package.
